  20. Does America now have a president who is not only a pathological 
  21. liar, a draft dodger {1} and a womanizer {2} of the worst sort, but 
  22. also an abuser of illegal drugs and a megalomaniac {3} who is 
  23. willing to have his henchmen murder anyone who gets in his way?
  24.  
  25. That is the shocking, and convincing, message of this very 
  26. professionally produced videotape documentary on Bill and Hillary 
  27. Clinton and their Arkansas mafia, the so-called Circle of Power 
  28. {4}. The production qualities are excellent in this patriotic 
  29. production, rivaling anything out of Hollywood {5}.

  31. Yet *The Clinton Chronicles: An Investigation into the Alleged 
  32. Criminal Activities of Bill Clinton and His Circle of Power* 
  33. pulls no punches in exposing not only the Clinton regime but the 
  34. many cover-ups orchestrated by the Establishment media, who are 
  35. willing to cut this latter-day Caligula plenty of slack because 
  36. he is a fellow liberal.

  38. You will see presented here facts that are seldom seen outside 
  39. the pages of *The Spotlight*. For example, the case is made that 
  40. America's current president, when he was governor and tin-pot 
  41. dictator of the state of Arkansas, controlled the importation of 
  42. vast quantities of cocaine through the tiny airport of Mena, 
  43. Arkansas, as well as by dropping bundles of the drug in remote 
  44. Arkansas clearings.

  46.                    -+- Tragic Deaths -+-

  48. It seems that one such drop was observed by two young boys who 
  49. subsequently were murdered. One boy was stabbed to death, while 
  50. the other had his skull crushed by a blunt weapon. The bodies 
  51. were placed on railroad tracks nearby, and were run over by a 
  52. train before being "discovered" by authorities, who immediately 
  53. put forth the tale that the boys had merely fallen asleep on the 
  54. tracks and were killed by the train.

  56. A number of witnesses who had information indicating the boys 
  57. were murdered were themselves murdered in turn, to cover up the 
  58. first murders {6}.

  60. All of this is documented in detail in the film, along with what 
  61. appear to be the blatant murders of Vince Foster, Jerry Parks and 
  62. others who knew too much about Clinton's crimes.

  65.  
  66. In addition, the Whitewater scam is touched upon, with Clinton's 
  67. ties to the notorious money laundering Bank of Credit and 
  68. Commerce International [BCCI]. The Arkansas Development Fund 
  69. Administration scam is covered in detail, with loans on which 
  70. never a penny was paid back but which wound up in the Clinton 
  71. campaign coffers.

  73. Also detailed is the tremendous potential for "bimbo explosions" 
  74. in Clinton's record. As governor, not only did he use state 
  75. troopers to procure women for his pleasure, he even used taxpayer 
  76. money to fly to New York and California to visit his girlfriends, 
  77. the film alleges.

  79. The cases of Gennifer Flowers, Sally Purdue {7} and Paula Jones 
  80. {8} are discussed. But in addition, it is charged Clinton went 
  81. through more than 100 girlfriends just in his time as governor.

  83. After seeing this film, you will likely say to yourself, "Wow, I 
  84. knew Clinton was bad, but I never dreamed he was that bad."

  86. Hopefully, viewers will be moved to further investigate and 
  87. publicize the shocking facts disclosed in this video.

  89. Several congressmen interviewed on the film explain that 
  90. congressional investigations, leading to impeachment proceedings, 
  91. may well be the only way to restore honesty and integrity in 
  92. government.

  95. {1} This "draft dodger" business needs to be taken in context. 
  96. During the late '60s and early '70s there were *many* "draft 
  97. dodgers" in this country. Given the questionable nature of the 
  98. war they were dodging, this is not so awful as some seem to 
  99. believe.

  101. {2} The term "womanizer" is vague. With Clinton, a better term 
  102. might be satyromaniac. There comes a point where normal woman 
  103. chasing can be overdone so as to become pathological. With 
  104. Clinton, it is apparent that he does this to excess. For example, 
  105. in the past his escapades have landed him in hot water. A normal 
  106. person would modify their behavior, especially when it poses such 
  107. a risk to his career, etc. Yet Clinton has done no such thing. 
  108. He continues his "Don Juan" behavior in spite of his own self- 
  109. interests.

  111. {3} Shades of O.J. Simpson: Clinton being driven around 
  112. Washington in a white Bronco by Stephanopoulos. Clinton has his 
  113. finger on "the button." "I will not resign," says Billy Jeff. 
  114. "Let me alone or I will unleash The Bomb."

  116. {4} "...the so-called Circle of Power." A.k.a. Circle of Thugs.

  118. {5} "...Hollywood." A.k.a. Hollyweird.
  119.  
  120. {6} Worth pointing out that there could be a George Bush 
  121. connection here as well. Since Terry Reed and John Cummings' 
  122. book, *Compromised* implicates Bush as well as Clinton in the 
  123. activities at Mena, the alleged murders may be traceable to Bush 
  124. also.

  126. {7} Sally Purdue [Perdue(?)], i.e. a former beauty queen who 
  127. charges that she was threatened with having her "pretty little 
  128. legs" broken unless she kept quiet about an affair with Billy 
  129. Jeff.

  131. {8} Paula Jones. Latest info from the *Washington Times* has it 
  132. that contributions to the Paula Jones legal fund have reached 
  133. $100,000, with $25,000 of that contributed by Guess? Jeans. To
